All Lavine products are created in small series or made to order. Minor variations in texture or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted pieces.
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that all displayed images will perfectly match reality (e.g., color variations depending on screen settings).
Payment
Orders can be paid online only, by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or evident pricing errors.
Delivery
Deliveries are made via express courier, free of charge within Romania.
Processing times are specified on each product page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
Returns
You may return a product within 15 days of delivery, except for custom-made pieces.
