Refund policy
We want every Lavine piece to bring you joy, fit perfectly, and reflect who you are.
If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving the parcel.
Return eligibility
A product is eligible for return if:
it is in the same condition as delivered (unworn, with no signs of use or damage);
it has the original tags intact and comes in the original packaging;
it is not a “custom-made” or “made-to-order” product (see below).
Made-to-order products
Many Lavine pieces are created to order, in limited series.
Items marked as “pre-order” or made specifically upon request cannot be returned, in accordance with regulations regarding personalized products.

How to return a product
Send an email to contact@lavinecouture.com with the subject line: “Return Request + your order number.”
In your message, please include:
Full name
Order number
Reason for return (optional, but it helps us improve)
You will receive a reply within 1–2 business days with the return details.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
You may use any courier you prefer, but we recommend choosing one with tracking.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned parcel, the amount paid will be refunded to your bank account within up to 7 business days.
Additional fees (e.g., bank charges, customized packaging, etc.) are non-refundable.
Returns we may refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a return in the following cases:
the product shows signs of wear, damage, or stains;
the product is returned incomplete (missing tags, box, or accessories);
the return request is made after the 15-day period.
